Book your child’s session and give them the coaching detail they’re missing

Professional Standards. Junior Development.

This Masterclass is built on years of experience in the professional game and coaching at every level, adapted specifically for 10 to 15 year-olds.

Unlike busy club sessions or holiday camps, it creates space for real technical detail, clear feedback and meaningful reps under pressure.

Structured. Supportive. Built on elite principles.

All delivered in a professional, supportive environment.

This isn’t extra training.
It’s focused development, coached properly.

These foundational years really matter

Between the ages of 10 and 15:

Habits stick
Confidence forms
Decision-making sharpens
Players start to separate

If technique is slightly off at 10, it becomes automatic by 15.

That’s why this Masterclass focuses on detail. Passing. Tackling. Decision-making.

Three structured hours. Sixteen players per age group. Real reps under pressure.

This is why previous Masterclass sessions have sold out.

PLUS: Every player gets The RTA Kit Pack worth over £100, carefully curated in collaboration with our Masterclass sponsors

Still have questions?

What age and level is this session for?

What’s the player-to-coach ratio?

Can parents stay and watch?

Do you offer refunds or transfers?

What about safeguarding?

Every player leaves sharper in skill execution, more confident, clearer in their decisions and inspired to keep performing.

Don’t miss this chance to be coached by The Rugby Trainer.
